Two stops after training. In a locker room with numbered doors and a padlock hanging on one of them, she stands sideways with her white top pulled up over a grey-green one, hands at her waist, one leg bent back behind her. "More food = more glute gains," she writes. Later, at a stone-patterned countertop under a round ceiling light, a bent arm goes up into a fist and she looks at it: "Not a grown ass man.. 😂😂😂" with #bodybuilding, #gymhumor, #gym and #sorrynotsorry. Pole Work and the Aerial Silks

The pole lives in a room with a patterned wall and light strips along the floor that glow purple-pink. She holds a raised position against the metal, one leg bent across the other, both feet clear of the floor, and calls it "Just flowing around." A second pole set runs red: reflective floor, black cropped top and briefs, black high-heeled ankle boots, both hands on the pole and knees bent wide. "More pole? The other silk set has the blue fabric wound around her lower body, one leg stretching sideways, neon yellow fabric and an orange ladder behind her, a pale pink headband in her hair.

Bodysuits and Fishnets: The Metalhead Set

One caption covers both: "Metalhead over here needing a cigarette." She starts seated on the floor in front of a plain wall, one leg tucked under her and the other raised and held with one hand, in a dark sleeveless bodysuit with thin straps and a pointed neckline plus dark fishnets. Then she's on a wood-plank floor, kneeling with both hands planted, torso lifted and turned to the camera — glossy bodysuit with cutouts, fishnet thigh-highs, and big hoop earrings.

On the Floor by the Glass Door

One caption covers all three: "For whom it is reserved….." She's on her back on a wooden floor in front of a glass door, a kitchen behind it — cabinets, countertop, a curved faucet. Legs raised and bent, feet above her torso, hands together over her chest, in a long-sleeved light blouse, frayed denim shorts and high-heeled pumps, shot in black and white.

Later she's closer to the glass, eyes closed, arms folded over her chest, one leg bent up. The light blouse hangs open at the front over a collared shirt, a big hoop earring in, one hand on her chest and the other up near her forehead, a beaded chain hanging beside her.

Whelp, No Grilling Today
