The Bantokens Studio del Año Award

Karel celebrated a major industry award alongside BS Extreme Studios when the team won in Bucaramanga. Sitting by an airplane window with the tarmac outside, she held up an acrylic trophy featuring a black star and blue teardrop inscribed '.Bantokens STUDIO DEL AÑO BUCARAMANGA 2023'. At the stage ceremony, she wore a purple dress beneath overhead stage lights while digital display screens lit up the hall.

Desk Setup and Goal Notebooks

At her desk, Karel sets up with an unmistakable routine. She sits under warm LED light bars in translucent pink glasses, typing on a laptop printed with the BS Extreme Studios logo. Next to her keyboard sits a black coffee mug reading 'GIRLS SUPPORT GIRLS' and a spiral notebook stamped with 'Metas Disciplina Libertad.' When she posted the setup, she wrote, 'Cuando trabajamos en equipo, no solo avanzamos …… llegamos más lejos.'

Her workspace stays packed with self-improvement tools. At another desk session, she works through a notebook titled 'Metas Disciplina Resultados' with a pink pen to her lip, right beside a tumbler that reads 'DISCIPLINA HOY RESULTADOS MAÑANA.' Stacked next to her computer are reference books with spines labeled 'DISCIPLINA', 'ESTRATEGIA', and 'RESULTADOS.' When she swaps to her white-and-pink branded gaming chair, she puts on white over-ear headphones and gets straight back to work.

Bedroom Checklists and Bedside Laptops

Karel often takes her planning sessions straight to bed. She sprawls across a pink faux-fur throw with an open laptop, jotting notes in a spiral pad titled 'Sueña Trabaja Logra' and sipping from a black mug printed with 'DISCIPLINA APOYO RESULTADOS.' In another bedroom setup, she kneels on crisp white sheets holding a black BS Extreme Studios pillow. A stack of books beside the bed covers 'CONFIANZA', 'DISCIPLINA', and 'LIBERTAD.'

She treats her bedroom like a second study. Sitting cross-legged against a black headboard, she runs through handwritten daily checklists with a black and gold pen beside a company laptop. A framed print on the wall behind her reads 'LOS DÍAS FLOJOS TAMBIÉN SUMAN,' positioned above books on 'MENTALIDAD' and 'EQUILIBRIO.' Her caption explains her focus: 'Siempre que empezamos debemos tener muy claro todo lo que esta industria para saber a donde vamos a llegar y poder aluzar todo lo que nos proponemos.'

Studio Entrance and Executive Looks

The entrance of BS Extreme Studios appears often in Karel's posts. She pauses at the heavy glass door, grabbing the metallic handle while carrying a black backpack stamped with the studio's gold emblem. Under her feet sits a black welcome mat bearing the company name, leading into a lounge furnished with armchairs and potted plants.

She also dresses for formal studio business. Wearing a black blazer and belted trousers, she stands next to an office table with a branded portfolio tucked under her arm. Right beside her sits a coffee mug marked 'DISCIPLINA CREA RESULTADOS' and books on 'ACTITUD' and 'CONFIANZA.' For a reception entrance walk, she switches into a buttoned blazer dress, patent strap heels, and a black leather handbag featuring a gold YSL logo chain.
