Bathrobes and Balcony Sunsets Over the Sea

Eff stands at the metal balcony railing wrapped in a thick white bathrobe, staring out across the coastal town while low orange sunlight hits the horizon. She crosses her arms against the chill, watching the rooftops and trees slope down toward the open water.

Night Rides and Roller Coasters

Eff hangs out along the amusement park perimeter right around twilight, wearing a plain black t-shirt and a small hoop earring against the wire mesh fence. The moon hangs clear in the dusky sky right above the steel support pillars and loops of an empty roller coaster track. It gets dark fast.

Once full darkness sets in, the entire park lights up across the water. String lights glow along the flowerbeds and palm trees, the swing carousel spins riders through the air, and fountains spray across the pond beneath the illuminated drop tower.

Rainy Pavements and Mountain Valleys

For wet weather walks, Eff heads down a stone garden path under a clear umbrella. Rain does not stop her. She pairs a white cropped puffer jacket with a black pleated skirt, sheer tights, black thigh-high socks, and a brown shoulder bag slung over her side.

The surrounding terrain shifts quickly between concrete curbs by roadside hedges and wide valley towns boxed in by forested hills. In the suburban streets below the mountains, modern apartment blocks stand against evergreen trees as the sunset turns the clouds bright pink and orange.
